-Our deliveries are on Monday to Sunday，open 365 days 24 hrs self order .
-Our delivery time as below:
i)10am-5pm(order before 2pm)(after 2pm choose express delivery for same day delivery)
ii)Reach before 12pm(order before 9am for same day)
iii)1pm-7pm(order before 4pm or 5pm,depends the area)(after that may choose express delivery for same day delivery.)
iv)Same Day delivery closed order before 7pm.
-All orders for same day delivery must order before 5pm even though choosing “Express Delivery” method.
-Specific timed deliveries are not available.（Except express delivery）
-Free delivery selected area only.
-The delivery charge depends on state and different delivery time frames. All delivery fees stated during the checkout page.
-Although our team always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Twins Florist cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to unavailability of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of our control.
-No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the delivery address as prescribed by you.
-In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the order recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.
-For any changes of shipping address, please inform TWINS FLORIST by 12pm ONE (1) day before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refund for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not receive advance notice.
-In the event that the new shipping address fee is lower than the originally paid fee, we will refund the difference of the shipping fee in reward points. On the other hand, if the new shipping fee is higher than the originally paid fee, we will require you to top up the additional fee.
-We are not only delivery ‘ADD ON’ folder’s product. Must deliver with flowers together.
-For all special day delivery(mother’day/father’s day/valentine’s day/20 MAY) please follow our special category to place order, if order other category we will replace same value flowers for you directly without any information.
-In the event that the order recipient is not around when we deliver the product(s), we will deliver to the following:
-For delivery to office, we will deliver to the receptionist or order recipient’s colleague;
For delivery to house or apartment, we will deliver to order recipient’s family member or to the security office or management office
-During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.
-For all cancellation order, we will only do the refund payment for 50%.
-We will assess the damage of the flowers and if we deem the flowers are in poor shape or form, we shall arrange for replacement flowers to be delivered to you on our next available delivery date or issue a refund to you. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of flowers.
-If we offer you a refund, please note that banks may take up to 14 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take such other longer time, or until your next billing cycle. Scent-ales has no influence over these timescales.
-A processing fee of a 5% of the total purchase amount (including delivery fee), whichever is higher, will be imposed on each refund made.
-During the super peak season specifically Valentine’s Day (10-16th February), due to the high demand worldwide, the flower cost, especially Roses will be increased multi-fold. Hence, TWINS FLORIST reserved the right to increase price accordingly during the Valentine’s Day period.
-We’ll adjust the product price 2-3 weeks before the Valentine’s Day, and will ONLY accept order from our Valentine’s Day Collections for Valentine’s Day period
-All Products are subject to availability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality in terms of flower types, flower colors, wrapping paper, ribbon without notice during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
-For any order placed with products other than the Valentine’s Day Collections on Valentine’s Day period (at least 5 days before Valentine’s Day, during Valentine’s Day (14th February and 15th February),TWINS FLORIST will arrange your delivery after 3-4 days .
-For any order placed with products other than the Mother’s Day Collections on Mother’s Day period (at least 5 days before Mother’s Day, during Mother’s Day (9th May and 10th May), TWINS FLORIST will arrange your delivery after 3-4 days.
-All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
-Product Requests,We will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability.For simple requests like changing the color of the flower from say,red to white,please inform us via phone/email and will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color.However,for more complicated requests,such as arrangements to your specifications,please contact us to find out if it would be possible.
-If in case Flower no stock we will replace same value of flower directly.
